Bearded Iris can be planted in spring after the danger of frost has passed or in the fall before the first frost has hardened the soil. Plant Bearded Iris Dangerous Mood in a sunny location that receives 5 or more hours of direct sunlight per day and where the water drains well. Bearded Iris does not like standing water.
