No matter how fast you are with a chefs knife, the OXO SoftWorks Chopper is faster. And safer. It has a sharp, stainless steel blade that rotates with every single press of the knob, ensuring uniform pieces. In a flash, it can dice tomatoes for salsa, pulverize nuts for a batch of brownies, and prep a stir fry. Its comfortable and easy to use, and the large catcher cup has convenient measurement markings. The whole thing comes apart for cleanup and is dishwasher safe.
