Description

Inspired by vintage French bakeware, Emile Henry’s pie dish is shaped from Burgundian clay, which absorbs, distributes and retains heat evenly, so pies bake and brown to perfection. The graceful ruffled edge on the dish is based on a century-old ceramist’s technique-updated to simplify cutting and removing a slice. Burgundian clay heats evenly for gentle, uniform baking and browning. Ceramic retains heat exceptionally well, so it’s ideal for keeping foods warm at the table. Ruffled edge modeled after the company’s handcrafted classics from the early 1900s. Vibrant exterior for a beautiful oven-to-table presentation. Durable, hand-applied glaze will not chip, crack or craze over time. Will not absorb odors or flavors. Microwavable oven, freezer, broiler and dishwasher safe. Handcrafted in France. "Got the travel size and the zipper glides without catching. Took it on a road trip last weekend. Couldn't ask for more at this price."

"Packaging was secure and nothing moved. Compartments keep everything organized. I've been using it daily for about two weeks now. Slightly heavier than expected, still well balanced though. I'm in Columbus, OH. Couldn't ask for more at this price."

"Bought the starter kit and it fits true to size with no surprises. Used it at the desk for video calls all month. Packaging tape was loose on one end, product was fine. I'm in New Orleans, LA. Would buy again."

"Bought the starter kit and the grip is comfortable for long sessions. Took it to the lake house for the weekend. One minor scuff on the corner, purely cosmetic. I'm in Kansas City, MO. Glad I went with this one."

"Ordered the refurbished unit and the screen is sharp and bright in daylight. I've been using it daily for about two weeks now. Runs a touch small but nothing a size up didn't fix. Exactly what I needed."
