Description

Albion Everbearing Strawberry Plants produce symmetrical, large berries with an intense red color inside and out. Their beautiful appearance is matched only by their exceptionally sweet taste. This may be why Albion Strawberry is becoming a very popular berry with market growers. Its fruits are excellent for fresh eating, pies, preserves and freezing. An everbearing variety, Albion strawberry exhibits resistance to verticillium wilt and phytophthora crown rot. Produces 1 to 3 pints per plant. Bears fruit from May to August. Hardy in USDA zones 4 to 8. Each offer includes 10 dormant bare root plants.

  • This offer includes 10 dormant strawberry roots ready for planting
  • Space plants approximately 12 to 14 in. apart for best results
  • For best results, plant in moist, well-drained, slightly acidic soil
  • Bears fruit from May to August
  • Reaches a standard height of 8 to 10 inches tall

"Ordered the 3-pack on sale and the weight feels balanced and premium. I've had it on the kitchen counter daily. Scent is lighter than I pictured, which I prefer anyway. I'm in Cleveland, OH. No complaints so far."
